About working together, rates and how I work. Question not listed? Just send a message.

A regular VA mostly takes over administrative work. I do that too, but I also understand what's happening on the technical side. When a client calls to say the website isn't working, I can tell whether it's a caching issue, a broken integration or misaligned expectations. Often I fix it on the spot. And otherwise there's a clear ticket waiting for the developer.

Client support and helpdesk, turning client requests into tasks and specs, CRM management, automations with ActiveCampaign and Plug&Pay, setting up and documenting processes, content and CMS work in WordPress among others, small technical fixes and building complete websites. Not sure if something fits? Send it over, I'll tell you honestly whether it's for me.

Part-time works fine. For many clients a few hours a week is enough to keep client contact, systems and loose ends in order. We look together at what fits the scope of the work.

Yes. I build white-label websites for a marketing agency, under their brand, via Lovable. Your clients see your agency, I stay invisible. The same goes for support and maintenance.

AI is part of my daily workflow. I set up projects with a structure AI tools understand well, so I build faster with fewer mistakes. On Lovable I build complete websites via vibe coding. I stay in control: code, integrations and the end result are checked by me.

I have a valid VAT number. For B2B services within the EU the reverse charge mechanism applies: you as a Dutch company handle the VAT. Fully compliant with EU regulations and the simplest administrative route.

Yes. Costa Wave Web is my own web design agency. VA work is separate from that. One client wants a site built, another wants someone to handle clients and keep systems in order. Those are two different roles and they don't get in each other's way.

Yes, I work from the Costa Blanca in Spain. Video calls, email, Notion, Slack, Asana: no problem at all.

With a short online introduction call. Then we can do a small first job or trial period, so we both see whether it works. If it does, we agree on hours and availability.

I work on an hourly basis. Rates aren't listed on the site because they depend on the scope. Send a message and I'll give you a concrete proposal within a day.
